Every game and where to watch it

FBS and FCS, every week through the bowls and the playoff. Each game shows its network or stream (ABC, ESPN, FOX, ESPN+, Peacock...) and kicks off in Eastern, Central, Mountain or Pacific time. Live games show the score and the clock, and the app opens at today's games.

Networks pick games 6 to 12 days out, so later weeks fill in as the season goes. Newly announced channels get a New tag.

Sort it your way

By kickoff time, by conference or by network. Filter to the Power 4, the Top 25, one conference, free over-the-air TV, cable, streaming, or just the games whose channel is still to be announced. Find your team in a tap.

Alerts before kickoff

Tap the bell on any game that hasn't started. Choose once when you want to hear: at kickoff, 15 minutes before or 30 minutes before. That's it for every game you pick. The alert tells you the channel, and tapping it opens the game.

In the app, alerts are the app's own notifications. Change the time or turn them all off in Alert settings.

Widgets for your home screen

Three widgets, each with its own filters (a conference, a network, your team, your time zone):

  • CFB schedule: today's and upcoming games with their channels.
  • CFB live games: every game on now, score and clock, turning one at a time.
  • CFB close games: only one-score games in the 3rd quarter or later, the ones worth switching to.

Long-press your home screen, tap Widgets, find CFB TV Schedule and drag one out.

Tap Wrong channel? on any game and tell us what it's really on. Every report is read, and ideas for the app go on the public board where you can vote.

Install on Android

Coming soon: official apps in the Google Play Store and Apple's App Store. Until then, install the Android app from here.

  1. Tap Download the Android app, then open the file when the download finishes.
  2. If Android asks, allow your browser to install unknown apps (it is not from the Play Store), then go back.
  3. Tap Install. Google Play Protect may say App blocked to protect your device because it “hasn’t seen an app from this developer before”. That is about where the app comes from, not what it does: it says so about apps that are not in the Play Store yet. Tap More details, then Install anyway (not Got it, which cancels). It can ask again when you update.
  4. Tap Open in the installer.

Updates: the app tells you when a new version is out. After installing one, tap Open in the installer.

iPhone and iPad

Coming soon: an official app in Apple's App Store. Until then, add the site to your Home Screen.

  1. Open cfbscores.net in Safari.
  2. Tap the Share button (the square with an arrow).
  3. Scroll down and tap Add to Home Screen, then Add.

It opens full screen like an app and always shows the latest listings. Game alerts work from the Home Screen app too (iOS 16.4 or later); widgets are Android only for now.
